Error on device response in terminal - Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I send the following UDP message in the terminal window for a VJOY device, but the device message returned causes an error (Object reference not set to an instance of an object.). I'm afraid the error may prevent the successful parsing of the result when I make a command template.
