Add users and devices using SOAP based on User Templates
Documentation and .NET C# sample code can be found in the SOAP Platform Kit which is downloadable from here
Download the SOAP platform kit and open the Visual Studio solution. You can run the form in debug mode to see what is happening. The form accesses SOAP web services in a local installation (if you don't have a local server installation, you should be able to change the four different Web Service Reference URLs in the SOAP project to the server) of GpsGate Server according the the documentation of the SOAP platform kit.
