There is no COMMS anywhere

when is mention to perform the command ATIC they show how it should look like a result and there is no COMMS there too even tough they say to preform ATIC to verify comm.
in case you cant see the calamp wiki, here is what they say

there is 3 yes on the begin of my ATIC (like they say it should be)
and the port and IP is correct
the APN is correct too
