Latest Firmware & Configurator -Teltonika FM4200

Hi, I have an old FM4200 but can't find any updates for firmware or configurator.

This is what I have today.

Code Ver:0.01.45
Bootloader Ver:2.04.02
Modem REV Ver:05.12.05

Configurator Version 1.0.1.24

Is it the latest or can i find a newer one?

Can you also email the firmware and configurator to gpsgate@iinet.net.au as it seems I cannot get it out of Teltonika. I keep get put through to the sales manager which is more concerned about sales rather than after sales service.

I've come to the realization that Teltonika is the worst company ever for customer and after market service. I an officially abandoning their devices. Save yourself the grief and stay away.

Thanks guys. Just one more thing... Where can I find the USB driver I've looked to no end without success. Can't believe its so difficult to source seeing as we own the things. 15 at that!
