How to connect Windows Store app to GPSGate output?
There seems to be a problem to connect a Windows Store app to a COM ports on your computer directly, windows seems to determines whether the current port is allowed to contact.
Is there any output virtual ports in GpsGate that windows allow widows store app to connect to?
Are there any other options including output formats from GpsGate that would be more appropriate to send NMEA data to a Windows Store app?

Windows Store apps cannot connect to a certain COM port unless Windows allows it. So instead, Windows stoer app MapApp get all the serial devices using this method:
- Start with COM1
- Use DeviceInformation.FindAllAsync (https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/librar ... 2147217396) to retrieve the device information (baud rate, port, name, etc.)
- If returned, add to the list. If Windows doesn't return anything for that COM port, skip
- Continue with COM2
- ...
- ... and so on until COM9, then the scan is stopped
