I updated the firmware but I still couldn't get data on the server side. I am working in php and on my index.php file, I put echo var_dump($-request);

Now when I connect to the web application, it shows that array $_REQUEST is empty , which means the server sends absolutely nothing.
Maybe I should have more balance on my SIM card to be able to send data via GPRS to the server. What do you think about it?

Now, I see that I hadn't GPRS connexion all along. So my main problem is how to get GPRS on my sim card.But how?

just ask your sim provider to enable GPRS.
If its not possible, you may have to change your card into one that can ...

Actually, when I put my SIM card in a phone and then I configure the APN, I can have internet connexion.
But when it comes to configure the same SIM card for the FM1100, I am running into serious problems.

FM1000 is one of the best GPS tracking devices ever designed (HW/FW & Configuration SW).
When you bought the devices you find inside each box a business card with a link from where to download any SW you want. Is a custom for Teltonika to send documentation (Users Guide/GPRS Protocol) and FW (FW uploader, for one or more devices, but not for any device) over email. Anyhow, how great the equipment is, so poor is the technical support. If you have Team Viewer and Skype(or YM) I can help you to configure your device.

This is somewhat off-topic, but are you guys aware that Teltonika has a FM1110 that doesn't have the external gps and gprs antennas?

Has the FM1100 installation onto the car been smooth for you guys?
