I continue to have the problem where the serial input data to my program (using Franson Serial Tools) is interpreted by Windows as mouse data. The result is my cursor jumps all over the place. In XP there is an application from Microsoft called COMDisable that will disable the serial port so the OS does not see the serial data. No such tool exists for Vista and Windows 7. Is there a way that Serial Tools can attach to the COM port so that the OS doesn't see the data?
Thanks,
Gary
