Website Embedding

Tue May 13, 2008 6:46 pm

I am trying set up a live tracker on my website. I thought that if I purchased the vehicle tracker I would get the HTML code to embed. Is there any way to find it? Can it be done using buddy tracker? If not is there a way to embed the map into my website?

Write a name in the "Group name:" box, then click "Create".

Not sure if you can answer this question... Referring to when you get the three codes and the directions of how to copy/paste them: I use Wordpress as my HTML editor and where I paste code it doesn't have the <head></head><body></body> etc.. So I can't paste it the way that the directions say to. I've tried a few different things but to no avail! Any suggestions?

Ok, we now have the Buddytracker embeded into the website but for some reason it doesn't auto-update the position. The only way to get an updated position is by refreshing the page. Any thoughts on why this is happening?

I believe I found the reason (the javascript error makes the script abort). See my post in this thread: http://franson.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=7492 (I assume you and "soj" are from the same storm-team?)

Oh yeah, sorry about that. I didn't realize that she started a thread.
