How do you configure the Accutracking client to send data to another website than there own?

I thought that this sample xml file would extract the data from the accutracking server.

Which server/client send what to which client/server? Who sends to who and receives what?

Do you have any links to more information?

This link gives more info.
http://support.accutracking.com/index.php?x=&mod_id=2&id=80

(could the following be sent to Gpsgate Server?)

Accutracking 'We have a simple XML download interface for you to download the latest GPS data via a URL. Your program can call this URL then parse the XML file for the GPS data.'

5. Data API

Get the latest tracking data for all units in XML format:

OK, I understand :-)

Could you explain what kind of use you see in this? What is the reason you want GpsGate.com to support this feature, and how would you use it?

Using Motorola i415 Boost phone with accutracking. Want to be able to send data to Gpsgate server, to be able to use one interface for tacking, and keep a history of that tracking data. (as Gpsgate server does not directly support the i415 cell phones)
Will be using a mix of cell phone and Airlink modems.

Looking at your posts, I understand what you are after [:)]

You want Moto i415 support in GpsGate Server. I will do some thinking around this and return to you during the day or tomorrow.

If there is any direct way of doing that, that would be great!

I asked this question in another post but did not get an answer;
Is there a way to change the web server port to something else other than 80? I would like to switch it to 8083.

Yes, I know the web server port question is unanswered, we are looking into that issue now.

Will return later about the i415.

Update:
The port change problem has been identified and will be fixed in the next release.
If you're reading this and urgently need it before then, please send us an email and we should be able to provide you with a pre-release build.

Fredrik
