GpsGate Server Mot i415 Boost phone

http://mologogo.com/ has a GPS application that runs on this phone and has a way to send the GPS data to your own server.

It it possible to send this GPS data to GpsGate Server?

GpsGate Server does not have any support for mologogo, but you can implement support quite easily yourself if you have some development skills.

Make a web page yourself that receives the request posted by mologogo. This page should in turn use the GpsGate Server protocol to pass on the position information to your GpsGate Server installation
