Email alerts reporting speed

Wed Feb 20, 2019 8:29 pm

So we have a simple overspeed event setup at this time, and we have it setup to report to specified operatiors with email addresses. The concern is if the driver is for driving for 20 minutes overspeed, the system is reporting the overspeed condition to email every minute. We have the notification set to "notify start and end", but we're not getting an "end" message either.

Does anyone know what the proper way to set this up would be?

notify start = Send the notification by Mail or SmS when the event starts.
Notify End = on the contrary, Send the Mail or SMS when the event is over, I recommend that you set it up only when the event is over, in your event report you will see the start time of the event and the end, this is an idea so that they do not arrive too many couriers when fulfilling a condition that is maintained for several minutes ..

Thank you tho.

It seems that this condition was a bug. Deleting the event rule and then adding it again corrected the problem.
