Mysql - unable to export specific table

Thu Mar 29, 2018 1:59 am

Hello,

I tried various approach but I am not able to make full export of database, it always crashes on same table and same row:

Code: Select all

mysqldump: Error 2013: Lost connection to MySQL server during query when dumping
 table `reportv3_data_provider_state` at row: 1268
If I try to make full export and exclude table: reportv3_data_provider_state, then it succeeded.

Have you meet such problem ?

I suspect data corruption. If I do a full export with all tables and I will exclude just that table. Will be such backup usable - In case I restore such backup, will the GGS works normally ? Is there some critical data for GGS ?

Here are some queries:

Code: Select all

mysql> select count(*) from reportv3_data_provider_state;
+----------+
| count(*) |
+----------+
|     4550 |
+----------+
1 row in set (0.03 sec)

mysql> SELECT
    ->     table_name AS `Table`,
    ->     round(((data_length + index_length) / 1024 / 1024), 2) `Size in MB`
    -> FROM information_schema.TABLES
    -> WHERE table_schema = "gpsgateserver"
    ->     AND table_name = "reportv3_data_provider_state";
+------------------------------+------------+
| Table                        | Size in MB |
+------------------------------+------------+
| reportv3_data_provider_state |      19.86 |
+------------------------------+------------+
1 row in set (0.03 sec)

I found following in error log:

Code: Select all

180329 11:30:12 InnoDB: Operating system error number 1117 in a file operation.
InnoDB: Some operating system error numbers are described at
InnoDB: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.5/en/operating-system-error-codes.html
InnoDB: File name .\ibdata1
InnoDB: File operation call: 'Windows aio'.
InnoDB: Cannot continue operation.
