Send command _gprssetup - only uses 30175 port

Sat Jan 27, 2018 8:41 pm

I’ve got 3 types of device. A Simone device for testing, a gosafe on 30182 and a xexun on 30181.

I made a command that sent to the xexun adminip{password} {serverip} {serverport} but even though I run it, and define it specifically for the xexun device the port it sends is 30175 (the default opened GPSGate port).

Is there something else I need to define ? I would have looked at the bunt in _gprssetup but I couldn’t see what it would send.

Part 2- is there an external api call I could make to list all devices and call their respective gprssetup commands?

Ahh only the previous shows the wrong port. When used in VehicleTracker, it's the right port.....but it seems to be picking up an ipv6 address as opposed to the public IP.
adminip[correctpassword] fe80::70ec:74d0:fb9:cd8b%14 30181

Any thoughts? How can I force it to ipv4? I don't use ipv6 generally.

Also what method in code is used to determine the machines public ip address (as I assume it's not the private one)?
