Upgrade Failed

Upgrade failed with no information on how to fix it. Spent several hours searching with no solutions.
I have contacted support and I am still waiting for a resolution.

If you have problems upgrading, please contact support @ gpsgate.com

The most common problem is that you have installed 32-bit Java instead of 64-bit Java.

it's a 64bit Java - http://download.oracle.com/otn-pub/java/jdk/8u151-b12/e758a0de34e24606bca991d704f6dcbf/jre-8u151-windows-x64.exe

it happens after the Core update.
