Some of my users using iPhones are having troubles. It seems to be caused by the latest update. When trying to login they get: "Please enable local storage in your browser". What to do?

You need to disable Private browsing. (This has always been the case, nothing new).
Another option is to install the GpsGate Fleet app:

according to the user private browsing on/off makes no difference

Local storage needs to be enabled. On iPhone for example this means that you need to turn off Private browsing. On other SmartPhones there might be an additional setting.
Use Google to find out how to make sure local storage is enabled on the users particular type of SmartPhone.
Local storage is always enabled by default.
You can also use the GpsGate Fleet app.

The local storage problem has been solved (was caused by private browsing). The user has tested on 2 iPhones and 2 iPads. The 2 iPads works as expected but the 2 iPhones are causing problems.
The iPads are running iOS 9.3.5.
The iPhones are running iOS 10.3.1. Tested with both the app and different browsers - all with same result: after entering username and password either the login page is redisplayed with blank username and password or it is stuck working 'forever'.
Is this an iOS version related bug and/or how to overcome?
