RE: FEATURE: Mobile (major update).

Hi GRACO

Which version of Safari and which version of iOS is this customer using? We do not support some of the much older versions of iOS as the new release of the mobile plugin uses a lot of very modern browser features.

Regards,
Andrew

I'm using Chrome browser on a Sony Xperia Z3 Compact, and on latest release and all betas since latest UI changes, I find the X button to close the information panel and the magnifier and eraser buttons on track information panel very picky to be pressed. They only work if you press exactly on the center of the icon. Almost always I have to press them many times until I can get them to work.

It isn't happening on other devices.

Regards,

David

Thanks for the report. We shall look into testing the site on that device and see if we can provide a solution.

@bigbt3d

This is correct. If you update to latest Mobile plugin and iOS 8.3 Your home screen apps should work as intended now.

New BETA Release

Features
Pin Vehicle: You can now "pin" a vehicle either through the information summary panel or the new long press context menu.

Pinned vehicles are automatically followed by the map as they move. The default option for pinned vehicles is to centre them on the map as they leave the map view. You can configure pinned vehicles to be centred on the map each time they move via the settings screen

Long press context menu added to vehicle markers. Tap and hold for a second then release on a vehicle marker to open the menu. Initially it contains quick "pin" and "unpin" functionality
Fixes
Occasional error on logout

Andrew

@kriskri

Adding functionality to the UI in the tracks feature is something that will likely be done as one of the next few developments in the Mobile plugin.

Last stable and beta isn't working correct on my Samsung Galaxy S3 Android Phone!

In the integrated Browser, the left and right menues are not working correct, they not hiding correct, the text overlays the map. The dropdown menu on the left top to select the views doesn't show up correct, only after pressing on it a few times, but its not possible to change a value...

This works better with Chrome, but the application doesn't remember any of the settings when starting it again! :-(
