qtech: No, once you have upgraded, you cannot get the old version back.

If you have issues, please describe the issues in detail and we will try to come up with a solution.

Johan

@qtech

It is not currently possible to send arbitrary commands from the mobile interface. Which GGS feature do you have a need to interact with from the Mobile view?

Andrew

We have a new release of the Mobile plugin today containing some features and fixes.

Features
Settings. A new settings screen accessible from the left hand side menu lets you configure the Mobile site on your device.Maps. The Mobile site now supports switching between different maps. With the launch of this feature we now support Open Street Map. Select your map in the new settings page.The Vehicle List view is now customisable. Configure it in the new settings page.You can now choose whether or not to load the map on startup through the settings panel. Options are "Always", "Never", and "Automatic" to use bandwidth detection on each reload.
Fixes
Truncation of details in vehicle list now scales with tab width.Sort order in vehicle list persists between browsing sessions.Lots of buttons should be a lot easier to tap.Orientation changes of the device should now cause less map display issues on iOS devices.Android chrome can no longer accidentally zoom when using buttons.

If you are also using the new Dispatch plugin mobile interface check this thread for details on it's update. topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=17496#44709

We have a release candidate build of the Mobile plugin made available today.

Features
New fluid design for Vehicle List to fit more information onto the screen.

This beta patch of the Mobile plugin resolves all the development that we have planned for the initial release. This means that we will be moving this build to the official release repository soon. All the feature suggestions from this thread have been noted and will be considered as we plan features for future releases. If you have had the opportunity to test this beta release and have any more feedback about the mobile plugin, please post it in this thread.

Regards,
Andrew

Yes, we're considering creating a commands plugin.
Do you have more detailed ideas of how commands should behave in Mobile? Would a simple "palette" of pre-configured command buttons do?

Keep posting ideas!

very well!

I think a show should appear under the vehicle info, then select the shipping would also be great preconfigured on the server command and a button to send that after precionar button to send me the application indicates that the command has been sent!

is it possible?

Not quite sure what you mean. Sounds a bit like dispatch? Have you tried the Mobile Dispatch plugin? topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=17496

If you simply click the address-field of the vehicle your are viewing the details for it will move into view on the map.

Hi Support,

I suggest to improve Show All button in the right panel. Please add number of vehicles (shown on current list) on the top-right corner of Show All button (just like number of alerts on the top-right corner of Alerts button).

Thank you.

Best Regards,

It would be cool if there are Buttons, or Commands via a Drobdown Menu inside the vehicle view to send commands... like "Kill Engine", "Activate Alarm". Just the SMS Commands that are declared in on the GpsGateServer for that Tracker/Vehicle.

@piter197

Is your use case for this suggestion being able to quickly view a count of the amount of visible vehicles in your vehicle list? If so, the next release does contain the ability to do this.

Andrew
