How do I get the Driver ID and Driver Name to show

How do I get the Driver ID and Driver Name to show up in the below external notification. The Terminal screen for this device shows that the Driver ID was reported (see below for copy of Terminal screen window), but it does not show up in the below external notification.

I added a user as a driver with the Driver ID that is being reported on the terminal screen below, but the driver has never shown up on the seen last list.

When I scan the driver ID ibutton, the driver ID is reported in the Status window for the device below. Every time I scan the driver ID ibutton, the date for the Driver ID in the status window is updated.

I am using a CTM-200 device, which is configured to send in the Driver ID with a analog alarm.

I added Driver ID as a variable under the Event Rule under notifications. Adding variables does not make any changes to the notification message. What is the purpose of adding variables to the notifications under event rule?

DriverID is currently not supported in the Cypress plugin. We will look into this and see what can be done.

The CTM-200 device mapper is now updated with a DriverID signal. Please update the Cypress plugin and test.

1. Login to SiteAdmin
2. Go to Plugins
3. Update Cypress

Johan
