Maps plugin issue

I have a client who can login on one PC and all the maps are there. He logs-out and logs-in on his own PC and he can only get custom maps.

Seems obvious there is a setting in his PC that needs changing but which one.....????

This has only happened after upgrading to Google Maps V3 and his PC is the only one with the problem.

Any help would be appreciated

Maybe clean out the cache of the web browser or ctrl-F5
