is it possible to use oracle database instead of sql server?

Oracle is not supported. It is recommended you use MySQL (and not MSSQL).

if u need data to store in oracle database ( for any reason ), u can use httpExpression or you can make blink between mysql & oracle to pull data there

It is possible because SQL server organizes all objects both oracle & RDBMS is powerful option.
