I assume you are using Google Maps? (and the very latest release of Mobile). Please try the CloudMade or OpenLayers map instead and see if it works better. Also try reloading the map-page.

This would be a great feature to add and would yield great benefit to our customer base. We use our trackers with our car alarms so use commands such as "Arm alarm" and "Disarm alarm" from the website but having these available on the mobile login would make this a much more useful tool. When could this be a reality?

In This mobile interface, logout button inside Home menu (menu button -> Home -> Logout), I think it is more practical put that on front page the same level as menu button.

Do you log out that often? Our assumption here was to strive for long-lived login sessions, i.e _personal_ smartphones. We also figured the screen estate in the menu was to be prioritized for more often used features/pages (we actually had plans to "hide" the logout button even more ;) ).

We have ideas about letting user customize more of the index menu though. We'll see..
Thanks for the feedback

I administor several applications and I need to logout to be able to log back in as a different user.

Something I would like to be able to do is to make the user name & password part of the URL. That way I could setup a bookmark/favourite for each application and be able to login with one "click".

Hi Frederik,

Do you plan to include the track points/ log function onto mobile app in the near future?

Can you please describe how you would like a track-points feature to work? Are you mainly interested in drawing tracks on the map? or would a plain list be useful? Or some other creative idea? :)
A problem with track points with respect to user interfaces, an in particular mobiles, are that there are typically quite a few of them... A list might be to "dumb"..

Hi Frederik,

1. Track lines like the desktop version is fine.
2. Trips showing start/end would be good.

More suggestions:

1. Pop-up notification for SOS alarm with sound.
2. A "clear all" button on SOS page when alerts are too many to clear one-by-one.

Just completed Mobile Interface testing on my new Nokia Lumia 800 Windows Phone. Everything is ok. works pretty well and as expected. Touch is smooth and interface reacts to gestures very well. Only little drawback is the flickering during screen refresh or navigation. I assume that's probably because relatively slow 2G bandwidth here.
