Intellitrac X1 connection problem

Fri May 06, 2011 10:39 pm

Hi,

one of my clients has an Intellitrac X1 Tracker, and we are trying to make it work with the platform.

the tracker was sending positions to another server. so to configure it we tryed the next commands:

$ST+RESET=0000,1
$ST+COMM=0000,3,,,xxx.xxx.xxx,,,1,xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx,6090,0.0.0.0
$ST+REBOOT=0000
$ST+UNPM=0000,123456789,0000,,7,7,7,7,0
$ST+TRACKING=0000,1,60,0,0,1,3

The leds are working fine, it has GPS, and it is connected to GSM.
the problem is that it cant send the position to the server, apparently theres something wrong with the GPRS connection.

on the terminal it says:
$MSG:Ready
$ER:STD=5
$ER:STD=5

Firmware Version is: 1.075

$ST+QUST command response:
$QR:QUST="TELCEL GSM",30,0

I tested the SIM card on another tracker and it worked fine. so SIM card its not the problem, the APN its good too.

I readed all the commands I sent, and they appear fine.

what else can we do? please help

quite surte, the tracker can not connect to your server at xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx,6090

check in GGS if the port is open and the listener correct working.
