RE: Cleanup: Keep your database at a fixed size

Another option is to let "premium accounts" keep a longer history.

This requires a premium account to have its own app as I understand it. This is not very useful if the premium accounts are to be visible AND maintainable along with standard accounts.

It would be nice if the application level cleanup could be fine tuned with a tag or a user property

Each customer account should typically have one application. That is the design approach.

Hi John,

The Cleanup plugin does not currently remove Chat or Dispatch data. That is a good suggestion though and we will keep it in mind for a future update.

Hi Support,

I notice that Cleanup availability different between this two:

SiteAdmin-->Settings-->Cleanup:
-Camera data
-Close Alarms
-Event data
-Report data
-Sessions
-Track data

SiteAdmin-->Applications-->Cleanup:
-Camera data
-Close Alarms
-Event data
-Report data
-Track data
(No Sessions)

Also, Do Cleanup delete User action data? since table user_action have very big size.

Best Regards,
