Here are some tips for trouble shooting if you cannot see your lang file.

Does your lang file have correct XML syntax?
1. Make a copy of the file.
2. Change the extension to .xml
3. Open the file in Internet Explorer (drag and drop).

Internet Explorer will now inform you if there are any errors. Scroll down and check end of file.

Have you refreshed the language files in SiteAdmin
1. Login to SiteAdmin. Go to "Settings".
2. Click on "Refresh Language files".

Have you copied the lang files to the resources folder?
1. Copy the lang file to "\IIS\Resources\Langugages" where you installed GpsGate Server. If you have a hosted server, use FTP.

Can the IIS user read the files?
Sometimes if you copy a file to a folder IIS will not have enough rights to read the file. Follow those steps to fix this:
1. Right click on "\IIS\Resources\" folder
2. Select "Properties"
3. Select "Security" tab.
4. Click on "Advanced"
5. Check "Replace permission entries on all child objects..."
6. Click "OK", and "Yes". And then "OK" on Properties" dialog.

Have you checked the IIS log file if there are any unexpected errors?
