GPSgate on SE Xperia X2 and WM6.5?

Wed Apr 07, 2010 2:43 pm

Hi!
I am evaluating the trial version of GPSgate 2.6, which seems to be the only way to get TomTom and iGo navigation programs to see the signal from the internal GPS (found on GDP9)on my Sone Ericsson Xperia X2 with Win Mobile 6.5. Thanks for that.

However, I keep losing the GPS signal after a while. This occurs frequently when using either TomTom 7 or iGo 8. The GPSgate icon turns red, and the program says "working ok, no input signal". This is very annoying, and I really need to get the GPS-function working, or else I will have to find another phone.

Is there some kind of compatibility problem between the phone and GPSgate? Should I look for the problem in the phone or is there something I can do with GPSgate to improve this? Very thankful for advise!

Fast jag kan ta det på svenska också, om det funkar bättre. :-)
