Which Bluetooth stack is used?

BlueTools currently only supports the Broadcom (Widcomm) and Microsoft Bluetools stack. Use the property Manager.StackID to determine which stack has been found by BlueTools.

Other stacks cannot be identifed nor used by BlueTools. To see which stack is installed for a specific Bluetooth hardware follow those steps on Windows XP:

1. Open the Control Panel.
2. Open "System"
3. Click in the "Hardware" tab.
4. Click on "Device Manager"
5. Browse to your Bluetooth device
6. Right click and select "Properties"
7. Click on "Driver" tab.

There you can read out information about the Bluetooth stack in use.

Johan
