Windows CE suspend

Fri Apr 17, 2009 7:04 pm

We have a Windows CE device that has a suspend mode.
When our device goes into suspend and there is an active Bluetooth connection we get an error (stream closed), which is logical.
When the device wakes up again, we have problems to scan for Bluetooth devices again or to reconnect to the Bluetooth device. The scan returns immediately or there is a error reported in the Bluetools DLL. Reconnecting to the Bluetooth device (mobile phone) sometimes results in a 'pullexception'.

Any ideas on how we could solve this?

If the stack works if you suspend while there are no connections and you start it again, you could try trapping the message before it goes into power saving mode and close the connections yourself. The stack probably doesn't like when it gets shut down like that abruptly.
