I happened to install another bugfix for btkeyboard from hp england. This bugfix seemed to fix another bug too- version information is unchanged, but widcommstack ist found now.

The HP 4530 is using an too old stack.
BlueTools requires WidComm stack v1.4.2.10 or later

... it only runs with exceptiones: can only be contacted by one client after advertising service.
