Sending Data without the consent of user

Is it possible to send files to the Bluetooth devices without accepting the service, using bluetooth tools?

This is entirely up to the device accepting the request. Cell phones usually always require constant accepting of services whereas a PDA usually can be set to auto-accept incoming transmissions.

but there is no exception trown!
i changed the stackID's order like this:

try
{
manager = Manager.GetManager();
switch(Manager.StackID)
{
case StackID.STACK_WIDCOMM:
lStackID.Text = "WidComm Bluetooth Stack";
break;
case StackID.STACK_MICROSOFT:
lStackID.Text = "Microsoft Bluetooth Stack";
break;
}
}
and program allways select microsoft case
but in the ivt web site talk about the ivt stack

is this means there is no ivt stack?
so why i cant dedect my nokia 7610?
