RE: Share GeoFence Across Applications

I think you can create a template application with your geofence and relevant event rule, then create your new client applications from this template. For existing applications you can synchronize with the template. My advise is to test it before deploying to real clients, so you won't lose existing...

RE: FEATURE: Multi-Monitor

That is clear. But, when I use the right click menu to open the second screen, it opens without popping a message. The only time the message pops is after login or loading a workspace saved with the second map open which might makes sense. What does not make sense is that it pops also when I have sa...

RE: FEATURE: Multi-Monitor

Well, it seems to be GGS msg that pops if I save the workspace with the multimonitor open. Then even if I save again without the second window, the msg keep showing when loading the workspace. Here is a link to the popup print screen: https://www.dropbox.com/s/32gk7wj1xr5zwg6/Untitled20150213124747....

RE: FEATURE: Multi-Monitor

Hi Greg, For some reason, every time I login or change workspace a msg pops saying "Popup blocked. Click Yes to try again. Consider disabling your popup blocker." with yes/no buttons. Any idea? @CRVaz, there is a way to install your own plugins by creating your folder in "C:\GpsGateServer\IIS\Resour...

RE: FEATURE: Fuel Consumption

Hi Sebastian, this is a great feature for special cases! Few remarks/requests: 1. Keep the selected option (Odo or Eng hours) when selecting different vehicle. Now it changes when I switch a selected vehicle. 2. Allow control the availability of this feature through roles. I would like to test this ...

RE: FEATURE: Mobile (major update).

Much more responsive!!
the only thing didn't work for me was swipe right to close alarm. All the rest works as expected. (I cleared the cache).
I will test translations later.

RE: FEATURE: Android device tracking

Hi Andrew, 1. What's the meaning of Battery Voltage in a mobile and even though it is mapped, my device seems not to send it. I have LG G3. 2. What should be the output set for the Accuracy input? I've tried HDOP but I got "30" and then "103.5" and so on. I think it should be more in the surrounds o...

RE: FEATURE: Android device tracking

Hi, I presented this solution to a potential client who asked two things that make sense to me: 1. having indication on the battery level of the phone. this should be treated, I think, the same as the internal battery voltage of a GPS unit. 2. To be able to take pictures through the phone's camera -...

RE: Request more groups for executing Commands

I join piter197's request. I have at the moment only one client who uses commands but once another will join, I will have the same need.
Thanks.

RE: FEATURE: Mobile (major update).

First impression - works much better!! ;)
Will it not work without the cache clearing? (i.e. do I need to notify all my clients to clear their cache?)
Also, is cache clearing necessary for PC browsers as well (that are using the mobile site)?

RE: FEATURE: Android device tracking

Cool, it seems it failed to remove because I was not aware that I need to remove the checks beforehand. Else: 1. It seems the app is using much more battery than other 'GPS' applications such as Waze or Google Maps. is there a way to adjust this part? 2. Are you planning to allow admin to 'lock' the...

RE: FEATURE: Android device tracking

Excellent - re-registering the device allowed me to set the correct IP. Thank you.
Question - Is there another way of shutting down the client apart from stopping its service/process?

RE: FEATURE: Android device tracking

Yep, it is almost that - My servers are behind a Cisco router and firewall that keeps one of the public IPs (x.y.z.210) to itself while the domain is connected to another IP (x.y.z.211). The ports are open as needed, only that the mobile recognize the x.y.z.210 as the server IP, while it should be x...
