RE: Multi-Threaded example?

Manager.Parent synchronizes the events to the same thread as the object that is assigned to it.
If it's null the events are executed in the thread they are called from.

Closing the Stream is enough to abort.

RE: How to abort call ConnectService()

As I said, I don't think like 3 & 4 needs to be aborted. You are just setting up the parameters of what device you wish to connect too, it isn't until you request the Stream on line 5 that you are actually connecting. Once you have the Stream connection you can simply close it to disconnect/abort. R...

RE: will it bluetools support for smartphone

It depends on the phone.
Consult the manual or the manufacturer on how to retrieve the bluetooth stack version.

RE: will it bluetools support for smartphone

You'll have to try, if it works or not.
There are no plans for a version specifically designed BlueTools version for smartphones.

RE: How to abort call ConnectService()

I'm not sure if anything really happens until you request the Stream.
In any case, you can't abort anything before that.

RE: ServiceStream.BeginRead problem

My suggestion stands, try building your sample on top of the Obex FTP Client. Remove the parts not valid for your project.
I have no other ideas on how to help you.

RE: ServiceStream.BeginRead problem

I have no idea what could be causing the problem, as I've stated before I've never encountered this error. I can only reply again that I suggest that you look at the difference between the ObexFTPClient and the FindAndConnect and determines the difference between them. But again, both samples have a...

RE: ServiceStream.BeginRead problem

There is no magic in how this works. Look at one of the other samples if something is different there.
The ObexFTPClient sample for example is using almost exactly the same techniques.

No, but the cache is filled by BlueTools as well as by the regular Windows functions.

RE: ServiceStream.BeginRead problem

You can connect to a device via ConnectDevice as well, as described in the ObexFTP sample, but it won't make any difference. If the FindAndConnect way doesn't work, the other way won't work either.

RE: ServiceStream.BeginRead problem

1. I don't understand this question. The whole purpose of ServiceStreams are to get bytes from different devices. 2. I don't understand this question either. Each new BlueTools version has been tested before released. 3. BlueTools has been only been tested on Windows XP as far as I know, but has bee...
