Make sure you have Patch.v4 with a minimum version 4.0.0.5401 installed and then try again.
That version is available from our beta repository (beta.gpsgate.com)

Hi,

Error 503 means that the service is unavailable, which can be caused by several things, including an invalid URL.
Please note that the actual URL might differ from the sample URL provided in the forum post depending on how GpsGate has been installed on your server.

Do you have any errors in the error log of your ArcGIS installation? Without any sort of errors it is very hard to find the cause of this.

Hi,

Both boxes are for tolerance. The first one is a multiplier, the second one is an addition.
The multiplier can be used to add or remove a percentage to the limit.

ex: 40 * 1.1 + 5 would make the speed limit 49
