get_Buffersize() returns always 0

ActiveX under WinCE. Buffersize is set to 0 during initialisation. I'm using StartTrigger en EndTrigger to trigger OnRead(). Documentation states that Port.Buffersize (Port::get_Buffersize()) returns the number of bytes in the serial buffer that are still not parsed. However, I'm always getting 0. I...

RE: Shape fill disappears when overlapped

Thanks for your reply. ...Because I need the exact width in meters and I need to calculate the overlapped area's which are already been driven on (something like crop spraying applications) Also, when setting the pen width, a single dot is drawn as a big filled circle. This also applies to the begin...

Shape fill disappears when overlapped

I'm making some code to visualize a driven route. The route itself is a single shape of connected points. To visualize the precise width of each vector, I've created a new shape, which consists of multiple parts. Each part is a polygon of 5 points (first and last point is identical) which has a cert...

RE: Problem with 0x00 in ActiveX SerialT. OnRead (C++)

I'm encountering the same problem. I've solved it using this very dirty solution: void CTestXPDlg::OnDataFromPort(VARIANT* Data) { BYTE *pbyte = (BYTE *)(((VARIANT *)Data->ppdispVal)->ppdispVal); long size = (long)(*(pbyte-4)); //pbyte points to start of data //size is the number of bytes //etc... }...

WinCE problem Map.Update()

Hi all, I have the following code, which draws a line on a map after a click on a button. Under WinXP, this works good, but under CE6.0 it returns somewhere during m_Map.Update(). The code after m_Map.Update() isn't executed and the line isn't drawn. I've tracked it down to oledisp2.cpp, COleDispatc...
