Control of I/O modules

Hello, consider I have Teltonika FM4200, which has also 4 I/O modules. Is it possible to build an event rule which would trigger one of those I/O modules? E.g. customer might want that if a car would leave geofence, the rule would automatically switch of the engine (maybe a bit overkill example). Or...

How works the event rule based on Driver ID

Hello, I was going to test an event rule which would consider the Driver ID. However, when building the rule, I am a bit confused. There is rule Driver ID Login. Then after choosing it, I have it written there "Driver ID variable, e.g. IButton or RFID" and then combobox with many options. I don't fu...

RE: How to block user to send SMS commands

Johan, that way I couldn't send commands to the unit even as administrator, correct? My intention is leave administrator do what is necessary, but normal operators shouldn't initiate sending of any SMS... Possible?

How to block user to send SMS commands

Dear support, I would want to block user sending of SMS commands. The intention is to prevent situation when some user would send too many SMS and create high bill for SMS sending.... I went to Users -> Features but there is no option for sending of commands in Role Privileges... Or am I mistaken? R...

RE: Browser support

Hi Johan,

I have done as you suggested. I have also cleared out all the cache of the browser. Still same problem. I have tried it from other computer with the same browser and it has also same problem. I haven't done any branding to the web or other way changed the source files.

RE: Browser support

Hi Mattias, this issue is not related only to POI, the same happening for Job and Contact "pop-up" window. I am using IE 9 without any addons or whatever trash MS is trying to push into the browser... This was happening last minor releases GPS. Now I have updated all the available packages including...

RE: GpsGate Server improvements, feedback requested!

Maybe right-click on the tracker's pointer in map could show a context menu where user could access last 10 tracks to be displayed, last few alarms, last few jobs, etc.

RE: Browser support

Hello Frederik, you are right, after turning off the OpenLayers, the doubleclick in FF in Google Map works fine. RE: Reinstalling DBS

Yeap, my MS SQL is eating all the RAM and even extending it doesn't help. There is also feature in MS SQL to set up maximum limit for taken RAM by it seems that MS SQL itself is ignoring it this configuration. Haven't found any ideas on internet about that. And it is strange as the only changes done...

Reinstalling DBS

This proces...

RE: Browser support

That's good enough answer for me. I understand browser compatibility and updates issues, so it's ok. I use mostly FF but the biggest issue is that when I use GoogleMaps (only on GoogleMaps, other work fine), the map disappears when I do double-click on the map. In IE it works fine, in FF just doesn'...

RE: Description of POI

That's not an issue for me. One description field is exactly what I need so it gives the user ability write whatever he needs. The only problem is that the length of the field is very short, so cannot insert too much text. Even full address is not possible to store... Is there any workaround? Would ...
