FEATURE: Localization Editor

Localization Editor

The Localization feature adds a user-friendly editor for customizing the translations of the VehicleTracker user interface and for translating it into new languages. It also adds new privileges that control access to languages for different applications and roles.

If it is an modification to a "Server Language" you follow those steps:

1. Export the lang file from the original server.
2. Copy the lang file to C:\GpsGateServer\IIS\Resources\Languages on the target server.
3. Rescan "Languages & Measurements" under SiteAdmin -> Settings -> Localization.

Now the language will be updated on the target server.

Import of a "New language" is not yet supported.

Johan

any plans to add export/import functions? we have modified a language by making a new language based on a standard language and now want to copy it to new server.
