Batch convert with Google Earth coords as output

Tue Aug 27, 2013 11:26 pm

When I placed one set of Easting/Northing coordinates (331852.62, 8926052.87) with Grid UTM Zone 18 (WGS72), and then I clicked on Google Earth "View" it sends the output to another tab as "76 31'57.35 W 9 42'42.98 S (CoordTrans Left Position)".

That is the right result.

Now, when I tried the Batch convert with a file, what datum and coordinate system should I select in order to get the same results as before?
All I get with WGS72 or WGS84 as Datum, are coordinates like "-767,362,099 and -97,816,681" and not what Google Earth can accept.

Sorry, I meant to say Google Maps, not Google Earth. Are those interchangeable?

Return to “CoordTrans”
