PSAD56 to WGS84 conversion

The Coordtrans coversion of PSAD56 to WGS84 UTM Zone 19S (Chile) is at odds with all other conversion algorithms - Coordtrans subtracts 153.22m from Eastings and subtracts -130.23m from Northings; other conversions subtract -288m from Eastings but add 175m to Northings: any explanation; is the coordtrans algorithm in error!

The algorithm used is 7 parameters Helmert for conversion between datums.

You can check which parameters are used under Tools -> Manage Datums. More info:
