branding logo in reports

Thu Apr 28, 2016 6:21 am

I successfully set up logo in reports. But this seems to work only if the report is generated or sent out in HTML format. But not in PDF-2 format.

Is this a system limitation or a bug in the report process?

Hi, you need to properly close the html element for it to work in PDF-2

Like this:
1. The cell content where you want the logo should look like this (with the link to your image):
<img src="http://gpsgate.com/images/templateImage ... png"></img>

2. Right click the cell and choose: "Options -> Contains HTML"

It is good practive to host the image locally if possible.
Regards,

There's a newer guide regarding how to apply a logo to a report.

Please, check it here: http://gpsgate.com/blogComment/customize_your_gpsgate_server_reports
