Clear your browser's cache (at least localstorage and cookies for mobile) and try again!

I had the same problem yesterday.

But I was able to resolve it this way:

1. Delete all files from \IIS\m folder.
2. Copy all files from Deploy\DeployPackages\com.GpsGate\Mobile\IIS\m to IIS\m folder.

Remember to backup all files before you do this. Just in case.

Regards
Krzysztof

Dear Support,

I am testing the new mobile app and I can see issue with alerts. Every time when I go to app end exit and back again with out logout I see duplicated alerts. More and more until I do log out and log in and then the process starts again.

Please check it.

Regards
Krzysztof

@kriski
You mean after simply switching apps inside the Mobile menu? With exit you mean closing the browser tab? For all alerts for all users? Can't repeat problem like that. Please verify that your Mobile and Patch.v4 version is 4.0.0.1430+.

You can also send a test login to support-at-gpsgate.com and we can investigate.

I can repeat the problem with alerts on an iphone device now (not on android or desktop though).
Investigating further, hopefully we release a fix later today or tomorrow.

The problem with the initial login-page is fixed and will be part of next release too.

Thanks for reporting!

@Fredrik, even after clearing the browser's cache. Mobile user interface still not working.

@Kriski, thank you. After replacing the folder IIS\m with folder m from Deploy. Now mobile user interface work like a charm.

FYI, before replacing I have done folder comparison between IIS\m with Deploy\...IIS\m, nothing different except that in IIS\m there are some empty sub folder.

Dear Support,

Please consider to replace <title>GpsGate Mobile</title> in IIS\m\index.html into <title>Mobile</title> for next update, as this is for white label purpose. Thank you.

@piter
The login should be fixed in next update (old file and/or an IIS setting can corrupt it).
Translation is not enabled yet (prepared though).
The title will be de-branded in next release!
