TCP/IP over Bluetooth

Wed Sep 21, 2011 1:39 pm

I'm starting a big project and we need a solution to be able to connect devices to TCP/IP over Bluetooth.

We are just begining the analisis and we need to decide if we develop a bluetooth proxy server ( Custom ) over standard RFCOMM bluetooth socket or if it can be achieved more easily using PAN or any other service over L2CAP. So, my question is if Bluetools suports L2CAP or have any service that can help us reduce development costs.

I saw a 6 year old topic about that, but i thought the things may have changed by now...

Thanks!

BlueTools is discontinued and not recommended for any new projects.

You can purchase (the unsupported) source code for learning and inspiration if you contact support@gpsgate.com
