Hi All,
Can any buddy help me ...i am new in GPS/GSM..i want to make tracking project.i want to locate cell phone position and then display the location on google earth..I am confused.how to make it possible..how should i start it..plz any one help me so that alteast i could start it..

Have a look at these gpsgate options:-

Each will require you to set up a buddytracker account but this is well explained on the website.

Just one more point... If you buy a copy of Gpsgate client, then it is possible, with this program running on your pc, to extract the position information sent to your Buddytracker account and plot it on Google Earth.
