One of my Cybergraphy G200x problem with position not update as vehicle move, the device status online connected to server and also has gps signal update every 30second as usual but the vehicle icon on map not move even the actual vehicle moved to other place.
The "longitude" and "latitude" in the Status window not change even vehicle online and move other place.
What should I do?
**Note: this problem also happened with another one, it start problem about one and half month ago. After I remove vehicle then add it again it work, but all history data of that vehicle lost. I want to fix problem without losing data.
